HOW TO RECEIV & RETURN ORDERS

Prior to opening the received package, it is essential to document its contents either through video recording or photographs.
Step two.
It is essential to ensure that any damage to the package, including the products inside, is clearly visible in order to guarantee a full refund or re-print.
Step three.
Please reach out to Printify's support team by using the email provided in the order confirmation you received.
Step four.
After placing your order and providing evidence through your recordings, a refund or reprint will be issued.
Step five.
Items purchased from the Handmade section are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, unless there was an error on our part such as sending the wrong item or if the product arrives damaged.
