2. Can I customize a product with my own design?

  • Currently, we offer products featuring our unique in-house bee and floral designs by us. Stay tuned for future updates on customization options.

3. What materials are used in your products?

  • Our products are crafted with eco-friendly materials (if possible), such as 100% cotton for apparel and natural coconut soy wax for candles, emphasizing sustainability and quality.

4. How should I care for my BO&NA products to ensure longevity?

  • Care instructions vary by product. Please refer to the care label or the product page on our website for specific care instructions.

5. Do you ship internationally, and what are the rates?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Note that international orders may incur additional customs fees.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Delivery times vary by location. Orders typically arrive within 10-30 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Reminder that POD products need to be produced first before it gets to shipping. This process for from 1-3 business days.

7. What is your return policy?

  • Due to the nature of our handmade/digital products, returns are generally not accepted. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
    For print on demand products such as: T-shirts, pillows, handbag etc. please contact Printify via the email you received after your purchase.

8. How does BO&NA contribute to bee conservation?

  • A portion of every purchase is dedicated to bee conservation efforts, supporting initiatives that protect and preserve bee populations. Goal here is to decide together as a community where and how much money will dedicated.
    For now the money will be hold and the goal is to have see the amount on the website.

9. Are your products eco-friendly and sustainable?

  • Absolutely. Sustainability is at the heart of BO&NA. We use eco-friendly materials (if possible) and practices to minimize our environmental impact.

10. Do you use ethical labor practices in your production process?

  • Yes, we are committed to ethical labor practices. We partner with providers who share our values of fair labor and sustainability.

11. Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes on my order?

  • Yes, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs regulations.

12. What happens if my order is held in customs?

  • If your order is held in customs, you may need to pay additional charges to release it. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

13. How can I contact customer support if I have a question or issue?

14. Who is responsible for VAT and import taxes?

  • At BO&NA, we don't handle VAT or import taxes for you. Your order might face customs fees and delays, based on local rules. By buying from us, you're okay with covering any extra costs. These fees aren't in our prices or shipping rates, and you'll need to pay them to get your package. Agreeing to this means you've read and understood our terms.

15. How does the production workflow of flowers and bee’s look like?

  • Flowers are generated with help of A.I, further edited and retouched in Topaz software, and polished inside Photoshop software. This process can be re-aplied multiple times, till we are satisfied with the results.

  • Bee’s are completely designed in-house by Boris ‘‘Boki’’ Bozic (myself) inside Photoshop software. More insight on that on YouTube.
